Public BBQ

Lake Hume Ludlows Reserve is a highly rated camping and recreational area located near Lake Hume. Visitors can enjoy the picturesque lake and lovely walks, as well as boat ramps, fishing, and a park for children to play. The Reserve offers flushing toilets, BBQ facilities, and a 24-hour free camp for RV and caravan enthusiasts. Many visitors appreciate the covered electric BBQs, table seats, and shady areas, and the Rail Trail bike path is also newly resurfaced.

You should first check with Wodonga council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
